A key tool we use at Imagine & is Foursight: The Breakthrough Thinking Profile, a powerful self- assessment that reveals an individual's natural preferences with the problem solving process. Awareness of these preferences is the first step in managing the problem solving process, when working alone or with others. It changes how individuals respond to challenges, and how team members respond to conflicting views. Communication improves, collaborations are smoother, team morale is higher.
