Pamela Szalay, M.S.

Pamela Szalay is a consultant, facilitator, trainer and coach who helps individuals and teams create, collaborate and lead change. No matter the backstory, Pamela knows how to provide a path to clarity, insight and innovation.

In the last ten years, she has worked with international manufacturing companies, universities, schools, not-for profit institutions and small local firms, and has designed programs for youth and adults. Pamela holds a Master of Science degree in Creativity and Change Leadership from SUNY Buffalo State and is certified to deliver FourSight: The Breakthrough Thinking Profile as well as the Creative Leadership Inventory. Notable projects include contributing to "The Creative Thinker's Toolbox", a DVD lecture series for The Great Courses, and delivering a three-day creativity training program to educators in China. Locally, she has designed curriculum for Explore and More Children's Museum as well as the Buffalo Healthcare Exploration Program at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. 

In 2018 she became a facilitator for the Buffalo Niagara Partnership’s Leader Exchange program. Prior to consulting, Pamela was a piano instructor and continues to teach and perform music. She is  proud of her Buffalo roots and remains based in Buffalo, NY.
